Dispatcher foran HVAC Mechanical Company

Overview & Salary is depending upon experience & qualifications Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians for routine service calls, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls. Communicate professionally with clients regarding appointments, service requests, scheduling, and job status. Prepare service quotations based on technicians’ findings & recommendations. Order HVAC parts and materials as directed by field mechanics, verifying equipment information, availability, pricing, and delivery requirements. Prepare and maintain work orders, service records, customer reports, and related documentation. Monitor open service calls and follow up to help ensure work is completed and properly documented. Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC service dispatching, service coordination, or a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Telephone, written communication, and customer service skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computerized service. Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently when needed. Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Health insurance Retirement plan Work Location: In person
