Chicago 24 Hour TowingJob Title: Towing Dispatcher Company: Chicago 24 Hour Towing Location: North side of Chicago, IL (in person) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour About the role: We're a 24-hour towing company looking for a reliable dispatcher to run our office phones Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who need a tow and the link between them and our drivers. What you'll do: - Answer incoming calls, gather job details, and give customers a clear, calm experience - Enter jobs accurately into Workiz (our job management system - we'll train you) - Dispatch jobs to drivers and coordinate timing - Keep job records and statuses up to date through the day What we're looking for: - Strong customer service skills - friendly and professional on the phone, even with stressed callers - Basic computer skills and comfortable learning new software - Dependable and on time - our phones start at 9 sharp, so reliable commuting is a must - Organized and able to juggle multiple calls and jobs at once - Dispatch, towing, or roadside experience is a plus, not required This is an on-site position at our office on the north side of Chicago.
