Dispatcher

Cyclone Services is looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive person to support our drivers, customers, and internal operations team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping details organized, solving problems creatively, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for our local drivers. Provide timely and professional support to customers. Enter inbound and outbound loads accurately. Monitor shared team and operations email accounts and make sure important messages are addressed. Identify potential return loads for drivers using DAT or other industry software. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure success. Restocking office supplies and breakroom. Tracking key events (ie. birthdays or customer visits) and ensuring preparedness. Taking inventory monthly and coordinating supply orders. What We Are Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and able to follow tasks through to completion. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative. Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and database systems. Experience with trucking, logistics, dispatch, or operations is helpful but not required. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $25 - $30 per hour Health insurance: Cyclone Services pays approximately 80% of the employee’s health insurance premium and approximately 20% of dependent coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO increases with each year of employment
