Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role based in Easley, SC. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily schedules and routes for field technicians, ensuring timely response to service calls and efficient use of resources. Responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing incoming requests, assigning work orders, tracking job progress, and updating stakeholders on status changes. The role involves maintaining accurate records in dispatch and ticketing systems, communicating clearly with clients and internal teams, and supporting logistics for equipment deliveries and pick-ups. The Dispatcher will also assist with reporting on service metrics, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to continuous process improvements. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple service requests and coordinate technician schedules effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, technicians, and internal teams, including clear phone, email, and in-person communication. Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch or ticketing software; ability to learn new tools and follow established workflows accurately. Attention to detail in documenting service calls, updating records, and tracking job status to ensure accurate reporting and follow-through. Problem-solving skills to handle scheduling conflicts, urgent service needs, and unexpected changes while maintaining service quality. Customer service mindset with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and building positive relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work on-site in Easley, SC, as part of a collaborative team environment and support operational needs during standard business hours. Relevant experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or service operations preferred; experience in IT or technical service environments is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in business, logistics, or technology is beneficial.
