About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to help coordinate our technicians, customers, and daily service operations. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. This is a key position that helps keep our field team running efficiently while providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate technicians throughout the day Answer incoming calls and book service appointments Classify and prioritize calls Provide phone sales support for technicians Brief technicians before calls and debrief them afterward Create purchase orders (POs) Keep customers updated on scheduling and technician arrival times Respond to customer text messages Respond to Yelp leads Manage Google LSA dispositions Conduct customer followup and “happy calls” Track tools and equipment Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and the office Help manage schedule changes, emergencies, and other daytoday challenges Requirements Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience Minimum 1 year of ServiceTitan experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a homeservice industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong computer and phone skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license preferred Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with 2% company match Company events and team activities If you are an experienced dispatcher who enjoys keeping a team organized, solving problems, and providing great customer service, we encourage you to apply.
