Crosspoint Cartage is a mid-sized Transportation Company in Rocky View, AB. Our organization is looking for a Temperature Controlled City Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling LTL shipments and moving temperature controlled freight. This candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to core customer service and operational stability. Special Note*: Salary negotiable based on Candidate experience and capabilities. Responsibilities: Monitor inbound linehauls and update our system with these ETAs. LTL consolidation by receiver, and delivery appointment booking. Making driver runs for deliveries and pick ups. Creating loading plans for dock to load. Responding to customer inquiries including tracking and Tracing. Perform Office Administrative duties including BOL, and POD scanning. Carefully inspect PODs and report/escalate for resolution. Invoice verification for billing. Learn and understand the operation with willingness to grow, and assist growth. Customer Service.
