Dispatcher Experienced in Service Titan

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics, ensuring timely and efficient service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for utilizing various management systems and tools to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties Coordinate and schedule services, ensuring timely dispatch of vehicles and personnel. Utilize GPS technologies to track technician movements and optimize routes. Manage logistics operations, including freight handling, shipping & receiving, and technician management. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, data entry, and documentation using systems such as Service Titan. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders via multi-line phone systems. Analyze dispatching data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making processes. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless planning within overall operations. Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication skills. Skills Proficiency in dispatch management systems and logistics software. (Service Titan) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for effective decision-making. Experience in dispatching within the trades industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with trades operations and supply chain management principles. Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
