Dispatcher - ETA/WMR
Coastal Elite ProRole Overview: A Dispatcher oversees road service operations by communicating with Operators, managing ADA paratransit services, and handling customer support with a focus on safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage real-time ADA paratransit service delivery Adjust services across multiple providers as needed Communicate effectively with Operators, clients, and service providers Respond to service disruptions and emergencies promptly Ensure adherence to all safety, ADA, and FTA standards Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred 3-5 years of dispatching experience Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills Problem-solving and analytical abilities Flexible availability for shifts and schedules Subject to drug testing Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks with accommodations available for disabilities. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check and drug screening.
