Dispatcher

Full time job. 7am-6pm Mon-Friday Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the services, deliveries, and drivers delivery times. Troubleshoot and resolve concerns, help with directions, handle and switch dispatches as issues come up. Document and update customer records based on services provided Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the customers and drivers. Enter orders into dispatch system. Able to analyze and prioritize the workload. Receive, review, and edit photos taken from the drivers. Must Have Skills/Qualifications: Previous experience not necessary but appreciated, in customer service, dispatch or trucking. Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner; written and verbal Some knowledge in excel and computers Dependable with a commitment to regular, on-time attendance.
