Dispatcher Eco-Pan, Pacific, WA Full-time ( 8am- 4pm) COMPENSATION - Starting at: $ 25 Eco-Pan is hiring a Dispatcher for its Washington Branch. This position schedules and dispatches concrete pumps, operators, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs while considering cost efficiency, safety, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch trucks, operators, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles. Organize customer requests, specifications, changes, and communications for multiple locations. Manage multiple phone lines and high call volumes. Use computer systems and dispatching technology to facilitate orders, changes, and communications. Apply cost efficiencies, safety considerations, and regulatory requirements when coordinating work. Qualifications & Skills · Ability to handle a high degree of multitasking in a high-call-volume environment. · Strong computer and technical skills. · Ability to organize inquiries and communications for multiple locations. · Conflict resolution, negotiation and customer service skills Schedule and Environment Work may include irregular schedules, long shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and last-minute changes.
