Remote Dispatcher Location: Orlando/Miami 100% Remote, must live within approximately 75 miles of the Orlando/Miami, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM EST Pay: $20-$21/hour Contract: 10-12 months with potential for permanent hire Hiring Timeline Interviews: Week of November 16-22 Start Date: December 1 Candidates must be available to interview during this window and start on 12/1. The Opportunity We are hiring Dispatchers to support a growing field service operation. This team coordinates service technicians who travel to customer locations to repair and maintain equipment. This is a fast-paced role focused on scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and problem-solving . You'll manage incoming service requests, coordinate technician schedules, and help ensure customers receive timely service. What You'll Do Review incoming work orders through Salesforce Assign service calls to the appropriate field technicians Manage technician schedules, routes, and service appointments Schedule upcoming work across multiple service territories Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules as priorities change Communicate delays, schedule changes, and appointment updates to customers Handle escalated service requests and customer concerns Communicate regularly with technicians, account managers, sales, and customer service teams Manage frequent phone and email communication throughout the day What We're Looking For Dispatching experience is strongly preferred. Ideal Candidates Will Have Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience Customer service experience Experience managing schedules and high-volume workloads Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle changing priorities and difficult customer situations Basic Excel skills, including sorting and filtering Salesforce experience is a plus Stable work history with demonstrated tenure Ability to stay productive and accountable in a fully remote environment Training & Opportunity New hires receive 3-4 weeks of structured, side-by-side training before taking ownership of assigned service markets. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
