Hallcon is growing our Lenexa, KS Dispatch Team and looking for dependable, organized, and customer-focused individuals to help coordinate transportation for railroad personnel. This is a critical role where your communication, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure help keep our operations moving. 🕐 12-Hour Shifts Available We are hiring for both day and night dispatchers: ☀️ Days: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM 🌙 Nights: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM Starting pay: $17.30/hour, with possible shift differential depending on the shift. 🚨 What You'll Do Ensure driver trips are covered in a timely manner Coordinate transportation for railroad personnel Monitor trips and address coverage issues Escalate issues to customers or Field Operations when necessary Verify trip information for accuracy Update dispatch systems accurately and in a timely manner Communicate professionally with drivers and Field Management Provide assistance and problem-solving support throughout the shift Help ensure our customers receive reliable, on-time transportation ✅ What We're Looking For 6 Months of dispatch or customer service experience preferred Strong phone and customer service skills Good typing and 10-key skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain calm and professional when situations change quickly Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable working in-office High school diploma or equivalent ⭐ Why Hallcon?
