Dispatcher – Dry Van & Flatbed

Pava Logistics, Inc. is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing transportation team. We are looking for a motivated, organized professional with experience dispatching both Dry Van and Flatbed equipment who can work effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers. Position Details Position: Dispatcher – Dry Van & Flatbed Location: Office position – Bartlett, IL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Chicago time Pay: Competitive salary, based on experience Pay Schedule: Weekly Stable, full-time position with an established transportation company Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate Dry Van and Flatbed loads Communicate with drivers throughout their trips Plan and monitor daily routes and schedules Negotiate and book loads with brokers and customers Monitor pickup and delivery appointments Resolve delays, scheduling issues, and other problems quickly Maintain accurate load and driver information Build strong working relationships with drivers and customers Ensure efficient utilization of company equipment Requirements 1+ year of dispatching experience Proven experience with both Dry Van and Flatbed Strong knowledge of the U.S. trucking market Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple loads simultaneously Experience working directly with drivers Fluent in English Ukrainian and Russian language skills required Must have legal authorization to work in the United States Important This is an in-office position only.
