Dispatcher/Driver Manager

We are a 20 truck flatbed fleet in Tulsa, Ok and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Driver Manager to manage the daily scheduling and coordination of shipments. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are on time, drivers are properly assigned, and that all logistical operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to solve problems and adapt in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule shipments for drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to clients as needed. Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle assignments, and customer communications. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the transportation process, ensuring minimal disruption to service. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient load planning and route optimization. Manage and track fleet activity, ensuring that all deliveries meet safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in open deck/flatbed logistics, dispatch, or transportation preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with McLeod preferred but not mandatory, route planning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
