Driver / Dispatcher & Customer Service Coordinator MTM Tree Services LLC — Charlotte, NC Pay: $20–$26 per hour, based on experience Employment: Full-Time | Hourly About the Position MTM Tree Services is a growing professional tree care company serving the Charlotte area. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a combined driving, dispatching, and customer service position. This is a hands-on, versatile role for someone who enjoys working both in the field and with customers. Responsibilities include driving company trucks and equipment trailers, answering customer calls, coordinating schedules, and assisting with basic estimates. Key Responsibilities Driving & Transportation Drive company trucks, including Ford F-350 vehicles, and tow equipment trailers up to 26 feet. Transport equipment and materials between job sites and company facilities. Perform routine vehicle and trailer safety inspections. Coordinate equipment transportation with the operations manager. Customer Service & Dispatch Answer incoming customer calls and promptly return missed calls. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email. Schedule estimates and coordinate appointments. Communicate scheduling updates and arrival times to customers. Assist with crew dispatching and daily operational coordination. Maintain customer records and appointments in Jobber.Estimating & Administrative Support Prepare basic estimates using company pricing guidelines. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding estimates. Assist with scheduling and customer communications. Support the operations manager with administrative tasks. Qualifications Required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Experience driving pickup trucks and towing trailers. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and business software. Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment. Preferred Experience towing large equipment trailers. Background in landscaping, tree care, construction, or other service industries. Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or customer service. Familiarity with Jobber or similar CRM software. Basic estimating experience. Compensation & Opportunity $20–$26 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time position. Training on company systems and estimating procedures.
