Job description: Overview Moonfleet Group of Companies is hiring a Night Shift Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations, manage schedules, and facilitate communication between teams, farmers, and drivers. This role is key to keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment and requires excellent organization and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Review and update daily schedules and setup sheets Communicate schedule changes or delays to farmers and drivers Resolve dispatch issues and support crew logistics Maintain accurate records and forward required documents Coordinate with internal departments to ensure equipment and staffing needs are met Qualifications Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable with Google Calendar, email, and basic computer use Dispatch or logistics experience is an asset Agricultural or poultry experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed The description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
