Overview Join our dynamic transportation team as a Dispatcher, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating freight movement and ensuring seamless logistics operations. Duties Coordinate and schedule freight pickups and deliveries using transportation management systems such as DAT or Truckstop Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette Utilize GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and provide real-time updates to clients Manage shipping & receiving documentation accurately through chat with the drivers. Oversee fleet management activities, including dispatching trucks for timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining compliance with safety standards Collaborate with warehouse teams on shipping schedules, freight loading/unloading, and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination Analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and support transportation planning initiatives Qualifications No experience needed Students are encouraged to apply Technology Proficiency Quick Learner Schedule Availability (We are looking for someone that can cover Thursday to Monday) English required Join us as a Dispatcher and become an essential part of our supply chain success!
