We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals ready to coordinate transportation activities and ensure smooth routes for our acess a ride drivers within the 5 boroughs. Compensation & Perks: $1100/week 50 hours 5-day work week 1 weekend day required Overtime available Full benefits Responsibilities: Oversee dispatch activities across multiple platforms Utilizing Google Maps, GPS tracking, and logistics software to manage real-time transportation schedules. Track vehicle movement and proactively address delays or disruptions to maintain delivery timelines. Engage professionally with drivers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure clear communication and service excellence. Maintain detailed records with speed and accuracy , supporting operational transparency and compliance. Continuously refine routing strategies using live traffic data, performance analytics, and delivery metrics to boost efficiency.
