Job Title: Plumbing Dispatcher Company: Plumbers Drain Cleaning Inc. Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Dispatcher to join our team. The dispatcher will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, and coordinating daily plumbing service operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The dispatcher will work closely with customers, technicians, and management to ensure service calls are handled efficiently and customers receive timely updates. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests. Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls. Coordinate emergency and routine plumbing appointments. Monitor technician availability and daily schedules. Communicate job details and updates to technicians and customers. Create and update work orders and customer information. Follow up on service calls and assist with daily office operations. Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
