Job Summary cell- 4375459354 We are seeking a proactive and organized Dispatcher to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will coordinate the movement of freight and shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across the supply chain. Your expertise in transportation management systems and communication skills will drive smooth operations, support customer satisfaction, and optimize our logistics processes. Responsibilities Manage and prioritize dispatch schedules using transportation management systems to ensure on-time deliveries Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and customers via multi-line phone systems and email to coordinate pickups and deliveries Monitor freight movements through various platforms including AS400 and SyteLine to track shipment statuses and resolve issues promptly Input accurate data related to shipping & receiving, freight details, and delivery updates into relevant systems with precision and efficiency Analyze shipping data to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, or service enhancements Oversee shipping & receiving activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, shipment logs, incident reports, and related documentation for audit purposes Experience Proven experience working with transportation management systems (TMS) or similar logistics software Strong understanding of supply chain operations and freight management within a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment Familiarity with AS400 or SyteLine ERP systems is highly desirable Demonstrated data entry accuracy combined with solid analysis skills to interpret shipping data effectively Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for interacting with diverse stakeholders Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Prior experience in shipping & receiving roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule On-site parking Work Location: In person
