YOUR DAY As our Dispatcher - Customer Support Rep, you're a key component of our office and client satisfaction. Providing friendly customer service, you speak with clients over the phone, answer questions, address concerns, and schedule appointments for plumbing and HVAC services. Throughout each day, you dispatch technicians to their next jobs, track their progress, and make adjustments if any problems or delays come up. Your goal is to maximize efficiency and productivity, communicating with technicians to ensure we properly meet our customers' needs.
