y while working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred applicants will be well organized, timely and reliable, and will possess exceptional customer service skills along with excellent phone etiquette, time management and computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Ongoing daily call processing – Inbound and Outbound
• High volume incoming order processing through various mediums including phone, email, and industry websites
• Cost effective scheduling / routing of field technicians within assigned dispatch region
• Professional verbal and written communication with co-workers, clients, and third-party customers
• Establish successful and effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Good attendance record
• Willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Infrequent/limited overtime
• This is a FULL-TIME position (40 hours per week)
