Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Our company is seeking a Dispatcher to join our small team. Dispatchers are responsible for managing the schedule and dispatching our team of technicians to customers homes, as well as coordinating on-site repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. This is a work from home position, though the applicant MUST BE LOCAL to the Medford, OR, or surrounding area. There will be two weeks of training required on site and an optional additional week on site if necessary. There will be a performance review and possible raise in wage after 90 days. In order to succeed in this position, you must be comfortable with spending roughly 95% of the day on the phone with our customers. Key Responsibilities: Maintain technician schedules as unexpected changes arise Schedule incoming service calls, new property management work orders, and warranty requests Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds If you are interested in this position please submit a resume and we will get in touch soon.
