Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

About the role M.D. PlumbingMechanical is looking for an experienced, organized Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to keep our service team running smoothly. You'll be the person our technicians count on to keep their day on track and a friendly voice for our customers. We pay above industry standard and offer benefits to match. What you'll do Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules as emergencies and priorities change (your primary role) Schedule and book service appointments Help answer customer calls, emails, and online requests with professionalism and care Keep customers updated on technician arrival times and job status Enter and update customer and job information accurately in our system Work closely with technicians and management to make sure every job is handled from start to finish What we're looking for At least 3 years of dispatch experience in home services ServiceTitan experience preferred Clear, friendly phone communication Strong organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with computers and learning new software Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure Schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed Pay and benefits $22–$28 per hour, full-time (40 hours/week) Benefits above industry standard Paid time off 401(k) with company match
