Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Our company is seeking a Dispatcher to join our small team. Dispatchers are responsible for managing the schedule and dispatching our team of technicians to customers homes, as well as coordinating on-site repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. There will be a performance review and possible raise in wage after 90 days. In order to succeed in this position, you must be comfortable with spending roughly 90% of the day on the phone with our customers. Key Responsibilities: Maintain technician schedules as unexpected changes arise Schedule incoming service calls, new property management work orders, and warranty requests Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds If you are interested in this position please submit a resume and we will get in touch soon.
