Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative Job Details Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona Job type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 Per Hour + Bonuses Schedule: 40 Hours per week Monday thru Firday Reports to: Dispatch Lead About Vista Pros Vista Pros Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a licensed HVAC contractor (Arizona ROC CR39-339516) based in Sierra Vista, Arizona. We install, service, and maintain heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses in Sierra Vista and the surrounding area. We train our people, give them the right tools, and expect the work to be done right the first time. The Job You are the first voice customers hear. You book the call, get the right technician there, and keep the customer informed until the job is done. What You Will Do Answer incoming calls and book service, maintenance, and estimate appointments. Dispatch technicians in ServiceTitan and update customers on arrival times. Enter accurate customer information and job notes. Build service quotes from the technician’s findings and call the customer to review them. Follow up on open estimates and offer maintenance plans and renewals. Take payments and help with billing questions. Stay calm with upset customers and bring in the Dispatch Lead when needed. What You Need [1+ years] of customer service or call handling experience. Strong computer skills and accurate typing. Clear, friendly, professional communication by phone. Ability to handle several tasks at once and stay organized. Reliable attendance. The phones depend on you. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Nice to Have Experience with ServiceTitan or other dispatch software. HVAC or home services experience. Bilingual English and Spanish. Physical Requirements You must be able to do the following, with or without reasonable accommodation: Sit and work at a computer and phone for most of the day. Talk with customers and coworkers clearly by phone and in person. Lift and carry up to 25 pounds once in a while. Pay and Benefits Hourly pay: 18.00 per hour, based on experience. Overtime is paid for hours over 8 in a day. Performance incentives and dispatcher bonuses. Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees after 90 days. Vista Pros pays 50% of your premium. Paid time off: 40 hours in your first year, 80 hours in your second year, and 120 hours a year after two years. Six paid holidays for full-time employees after 90 days. $350 a year uniform allowance. Paid training through our in-house courses.
