Job Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and assign loads to drivers Source and book loads using Loadlink Negotiate rates with brokers and customers Prepare and send rate confirmations Monitor driver routes and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Communicate with drivers regarding load instructions and updates Coordinate scheduling with shippers and receivers Collect and verify signed PODs (Proof of Delivery) Prepare and submit invoices to brokers and customers Maintain accurate load, mileage, and fuel records Resolve service issues in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with company policies and MTO regulations Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of US dispatch experience (required) Experience using Loadlink (required) Experience with invoicing and billing procedures Knowledge of Ontario and Quebec routes Strong rate negotiation skills Familiar with dispatch software and Microsoft Excel Good understanding of HOS rules and MTO regulations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
