Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling inquiries, providing support, and facilitating the smooth operation of our services.We are 24/7 progressing busy company with 5 locations looking to hire a reliable, dependable, and flexible full time including weekends dispatcher.Will train the right candidate but experience would be a bonus.Our dispatchers take a lead role in coordinating calls,multi-tasking,being professional and can handle a busy work environment. It also requires excellent customer service skills, Heavy phones, cash transactions and basic computer skills. Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance service delivery. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions through efficient data entry practices. communicate effectively with team Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. efficient data entry tasks. Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members clearly and professionally. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
