• Track shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments
• Respond quickly to operational issues and transportation delays
• Maintain accurate TMS and transportation records
• Support daily transportation operations and customer requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Previous dispatch or transportation experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of trucking operations and regulations is an asset
• Experience with Truckmate is an asset
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends, depending on operational needs
