K & S HEATING AND AIRHVAC Dispatcher/CSR Service Star K&S LLC is seeking an HVAC Dispatcher/CSR person that is interested in taking their career in an exciting new direction. We are looking for an outgoing person to use their experience to enhance our customers' experience with our company using our Simpro software designed for the HVAC construction industry. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support for our builders via telephone and online services. Build Relationships with builders by demonstrating expertise and professionalism. Take ownership and accountability for maintaining strong relationships, completing tasks and addressing complaints quickly for the best possible outcomes. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of HVAC CSR/ Dispatching Experience. Customer service/support experience and an understanding of the operations of contracting businesses such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Mechanical Contractors are extremely beneficial. Regular Attendance and ability and commitment to be on time. Strong people skills with a professional, energetic, and patient phone demeanor. Ability to work independently and under pressure. A career-minded individual looking for a long-term position. Always provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Simpro experience is a plus. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
