Dispatcher/Customer Service

Dispatcher/ Customer Service Work in a fast paced minute by minute changing environment. Primary job duties are to answer phones for emergency roadside events and communicate with Police dispatch also with responding units Via Radio dispatch and phone. Dispatchers are responsible for answering phones, retrieving information from the computer portals, and inputting information into the dispatch software. Releasing cars to insurance or owners as needed. dispatch experience would be useful, Computer knowledge would be helpful, Shifts can very from week to week depending on demand. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Experience: Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
