Dispatcher/Customer Service

Dispatcher Summary: Responsible for communicating back and forth while directing technicians. To assist technician with problem resolution while on route for private, residential, commercial and warranty customers. Requirements Previous dispatching experience required Ability to work in a fast paced and interactive environment while taking initiative to solve issues as they arise Good communication and customer service skills a must Ability to utilize industry specific software applications Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via telephone. Qualifications: Dispatches technicians to calls as they are received, coordinating customer needs, technicians locations and loads, and scheduling factors to balance cost and speed of response Schedules work orders to appropriate Technicians. Handles incoming calls and e-mails from customers Initiates outbound calls to customers while technicians are on-site/location.
