Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Collect and input customer details quickly and accurately into the system
• Dispatch technicians based on location and job type, ensuring timely service
• Provide quotes, explain services, and offer solutions to potential customers
• Maintain communication with technicians to track job status and update customers
• Handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns
Qualifications:
• Strong sales and communication skills, with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Previous customer service or dispatch experience is required
• Post-secondary education is an asset but not required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
