Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Air Conditioning Specialist (ACS) Milledgeville, GA Full-Time Air Conditioning Specialist is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused CSR/Dispatcher to join our Milledgeville team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while keeping our technicians’ schedules organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, managing changing schedules, communicating with technicians, and remaining calm when the day gets busy. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly Schedule service appointments and collect accurate customer information Dispatch technicians based on location, skill level, urgency, and availability Monitor the daily schedule and adjust appointments as circumstances change Communicate schedule updates, delays, and arrival information to customers Maintain regular communication with technicians throughout the day Provide customers with a friendly, helpful, and professional experience Accurately document calls, appointments, and customer concerns Follow up with customers as needed Assist with membership scheduling, maintenance appointments, and outbound calls Work closely with management and other office team members Help resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns Maintain accurate records within the company’s software system Qualifications Previous customer service, dispatching, call-center, or office experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, or home-service experience is a plus ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred Strong phone and communication skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and data-entry skills Ability to learn new software quickly Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to remain professional when handling upset customers or unexpected schedule changes What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round position Training and support Opportunity for professional growth Positive, team-focused work environment Additional benefits discussed during the interview process If you are dependable, organized, enjoy helping customers, and can confidently manage a busy service schedule, we would like to hear from you.
