CSR Dispatcher Air Conditioning Specialist Macon, Georgia Full-time Pay: $16- $18 / Hour Air Conditioning Specialist is hiring a dependable and customer-focused CSR/Dispatcher to support our Macon team. This position is responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching HVAC technicians, and helping the field team provide timely, professional service. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, comfortable managing a high volume of calls, and able to adjust the schedule as priorities change throughout the day.
