Title : Strategic Accounts Coordinator Department: Service Team Reports to: Service manager Main Function: Provides exceptional service to key accounts by managing all aspects of the client relationship, as well as the tasks associated with servicing their power equipment. Represents the entire range of Kraft Power Corp’s products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and assuring that assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met. Grows and enhances KPC’s brand awareness through customer satisfaction and on-going customer communication. Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively works to resolve service-related questions, concerns, and complaints by client base. Effectively resolves customer-related concerns as profitability for the project.  Responsible for day-to-day needs of key account(s), as assigned.  Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer account(s).  Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned account(s).  Assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.  Provides financial reporting to management to include cost avoidance efforts and cost savings initiatives.  Coordinates the involvement of KPC staff including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.  Provides reporting on a regular basis, including but not limited to:  Monthly Profitability Report  Monthly Service Completion Report  Upcoming Monthly Scheduling Outlook  Open PO’s/ Open Invoice Status Report  Participates in customer meetings and conference calls, as needed.  Reports and/or includes Service Manager in any escalations, concerns.  Actively pursues avenues for upselling with assigned account(s).  Plans, schedules and closes jobs for key accounts efficiently and professionally.  Collaborates with Service Scheduling and Quoting teams to prioritize scheduling of account services.  Identifies process improvements and ways to maximize efficiencies for greater productivity and profitability, as well as enhanced customer satisfaction.  Assist accounting in all matters related to account invoicing.  Assist Quoting in all matters related to account needs.  Company lead for data entry into the various customer portals that we have to utilize.  Performs other related duties as assigned and/or directed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  Ability to effectively build and maintain partnerships with customers, prospects, and staff at all levels across the company.  Always exhibits excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate in an articulate, courteous, and business-like manner.  Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Gathers and analyzes information and develops alternatives solutions when appropriate.  Proficient in full cycle account management, from onboarding through project/account closure.  Demonstrates ability to provide reporting based on job scope of work.  Limited travel of 5% or less Education & Experience:  Minimum of one to three years of hands-on experience in pricing and analysis with a track record of success in customer service roles.  PC proficiency required.
