Dispatcher

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual with experience in Customer Service. They will also have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while simultaneously being able to keep busy during potential downtime. Computer literacy is greatly encouraged as well as a willingness to learn. Duties - Screening phone calls - Utilize Excel on a daily basis to coordinate and facilitate deliveries - Analyze GPS data to monitor driver locations and ensure timely deliveries - Communicate with drivers daily to provide directions and updates - Ensure paperwork is turned in at a timely manner as well as confirm information is accurate - Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments with various softwares and customers Experience - Computer literacy especially in regard to EXCEL - Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers and provide clear instructions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Oxnard, CA 93033 (Required) Work Location: In person
