Dispatcher

Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Dispatch, call center or customer service experience preferred. Towing or transportation experience is a strong plus. Good knowledge of local roads and geography. Comfortable with computers and able to use several screens and systems at once. Clear phone manner and strong written communication. Able to prioritize, multitask and stay composed under pressure. Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Physical and Work Environment Sit for long periods using a phone headset, computer and radio. Work in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interruptions.
