Dispatcher

AnyDay Heating & Cooling is hiring a Dispatcher to run our daily operations from our Garner, NC office. This role is critical to our business — you own the scheduling board, coordinate technician routes, and keep every day running efficiently for our customers, our technicians, and our revenue goals. What you'll do: - Manage and optimize the daily technician schedule board, filling slots to 80-95% capacity - Prioritize high-value and same-day repair calls, and match technician skills to job requirements - Plan efficient routes to minimize drive time between jobs - Send proactive customer updates at 9 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM daily - Coordinate emergency and urgent service calls as they come in - Order required parts the same day they are diagnosed, and schedule follow-up appointments within 24 hours of parts arrival - Prepare the next day's schedule board and complete a daily KPI scorecard What we're looking for: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication skills, phone and written - Experience with scheduling or dispatch software — ServiceTitan experience is a big plus - Ability to work under pressure and adapt as priorities change throughout the day - Basic understanding of HVAC service operations - Geographic knowledge of the Raleigh-Durham service area - A problem-solving mindset and professionalism with customers and technicians alike If you take pride in a full, well-run board and thrive in a fast-paced office, we want to talk to you.
