Position Summary FSM Group, LLC, an aviation fuel management company with operations across North America, has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher at our Boston airport location . The Dispatcher coordinates daily aircraft fueling operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient service. Working from the airport control center, this role monitors flight schedules, assigns fuelers to gates, and maintains clear communication with flight crews and ground staff. Essential Responsibilities Monitor aircraft schedules from the control center and assign fuelers to corresponding airport gates Serve as the operational “eyes in the sky” to ensure timely and safe fuel dispatching Manage and coordinate a team of up to 10 fuelers per shift to help flight operations Communicate with aircraft representatives and fueling staff while maintaining accurate records and planning for upcoming arrivals Perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs Benefits Amazing opportunities for promotions and career growth Full array of benefits to meet you and your family’s needs Extensive training Pay on Demand program Paid Time Off …and much more! Learn more at fsmgroup.us Requirements: Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with company standards Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to maintain reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and applicable background checks, including federal fingerprinting, in accordance with regulatory requirements Ability to access all areas of the airport necessary to perform job duties, including secured areas, in compliance with airport and federal regulations Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance; employment is contingent upon successful completion of all applicable background checks and clearance requirements as determined by the contracting agency Demonstrate attention to details Strong organizational abilities Proactive and adaptable thinking Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a dispatcher (e.g., emergency services, transportation, or logistics Administrative or coordination experience utilizing computer-based systems Background in logistics, commercial aviation, or supply chain operations Skills and Abilities Ability to address routine operational challenges Basic mathematical proficiency Abili…
