About the Opportunity: The DISPATCHER & BILLING SPECIALIST is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of invoices and coordinating technician schedules and routes. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and billing integrity, directly impacting customer relationships and organizational performance. Responsibilities: Generate customer invoices based on completed services. Coordinate and dispatch technician schedules and routes according to incoming requests. Conduct ongoing audits of invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency. Resolve discrepancies related to services or billing. Maintain professional communication and problem-solving with customers. Collaborate with clients and teams to identify and implement process improvements. Requirements: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to adapt quickly to new software and tools. Familiarity with CCC One Estimating preferred. Experience with auto damage estimating is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Intrapreneurial mindset with ownership and growth focus. Self-motivation and commitment to quality. Willingness to research and seek additional information. Attention to detail with big-picture thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet access.
