Our team works together to support the smooth movement of parcels across our transportation and delivery network. About the Role We are looking for a bilingual Dispatcher to support daily truck scheduling and transfer operations. You will coordinate with trucking companies, track truck movements, maintain scheduling records, and help improve transportation efficiency and costs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to changing operational needs. Job Responsibilities Communicate with trucking companies to arrange and oversee truck transfer operations between the ATA and ASCAN stages. Maintain and update truck scheduling spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Monitor on-time departures and arrivals, truck arrival rates, and load utilization. Optimize truck scheduling costs while maintaining operational efficiency. Ensure high standards of quality and efficiency in truck dispatch and transfer operations. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required. Previous experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly. Familiarity with GIS systems and GPS technology is an asset. Knowledge of transportation planning principles and fleet management practices. Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
