Dispatcher

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining effective communication between drivers and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Coordinate and schedule the movement of goods and materials using transportation management systems (TMS) Dispatch drivers and monitor their progress to ensure on-time delivery Utilize GPS and fleet management systems to track vehicles and optimize routes Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on delivery status Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation operations Continuously monitor transportation processes and identify areas for improvement Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Basic computer skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and customs regulations is a plus Join us as we strive to enhance our logistics operations while providing exceptional service to our clients.
