Dispatcher / Back Up Driver

Dispatcher Job Description Duties: - Answer incoming calls and emails, and route them to the appropriate department or person - Manage phone systems and respond to customer inquiries - Coordinate rides for passengers - Enter data into ride scheduling software - Monitor transportation routes and adjust schedules as needed - Communicate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations Driving duties - May have to drive routes when needed No accidents regardless of fault and No Points on MVR Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - At least 2 years of experience in dispatching or related field required - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits: - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with employer match - Paid time off This is an afternoon shift starting at 3:00 PM and goes until 7:00 PM.
