Dealership: L0747 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Utica Service Department Dispatcher Yorkville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Join our team as a Dispatcher and help keep our Service Department running. You'll coordinate workflow between Service Advisors and Technicians, ensuring that you complete repairs, on time, and with exceptional customer service. You will report to the Service Manager. This is an on-site position located in Yorkville, NY. Responsibilities Dispatch and schedule repair orders Able to collaborate with technicians, advisors, and management Assign work based on technician skill level and availability Monitor shop workflow and prioritize repairs Open and close repair orders Coordinate parts availability with the Parts Department Manage comeback repairs and warranty documentation Maintain dispatch logs and vehicle status records Support quality control and timely repair completion Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 3+ years experience as an automotive Dispatcher, Service Advisor, or Technician preferable CDK experience is a plus You will communicate with customers and co-workers You will work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and detail-focused Compensation & Benefits $20 to $24 per hour (based on experience) We offer: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off & Holidays 401(k) with Employee Stock Purchase Plan Life Insurance & Disability Coverage Career Development Opportunities Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older If you're ready to grow your career with a team that supports you, apply today!
