Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation operations. In this vital role, you will manage the scheduling and dispatching of fleet vehicles, ensure timely freight delivery, and communicate effectively with drivers . Your proactive approach will help optimize routes, improve logistics workflows, and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and assign dispatch tasks to drivers using transportation management systems and GPS technology Monitor fleet movements in real-time via GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and GPS tracking tools Communicate with drivers through multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear instructions and updates Support transportation planning by analyzing routes, traffic patterns, and delivery schedules to enhance efficiency Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during dispatching activities Requirements Familiarity with GIS, GPS technology, and fleet management tools to monitor vehicle locations and performance Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and clear verbal skills Proficiency in data entry and typing accuracy Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be available to manage emergency situations, reroute buses, or coordinate rescue operations during off-hours Pay: From $700.00 per week Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
