Dispatcher

Overview The Dispatcher coordinates freight movement and shipping activities, keeping information accurate and communication clear across the supply chain. This role works with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to support timely, organized transportation and dependable service. Responsibilities Coordinate freight dispatch, transportation schedules, and shipment updates with carriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams. Use transportation management systems, AS400, or SyteLine to enter, review, and update shipment and order details. Support shipping and receiving by tracking freight, resolving routine discrepancies, and communicating changes through multi-line phone systems. Apply analysis skills to identify delays or data issues and share timely updates. Your impact: Accurate coordination helps colleagues plan work and keeps customers informed about shipments. Requirements Required: Clear communication, professional phone etiquette, accurate data entry, typing, and the ability to manage shipment details across systems are essential to coordinating freight and supporting shipping and receiving. Preferred: Experience with transportation management systems, supply chain operations, 3PL coordination, AS400, SyteLine, or freight analysis is helpful, along with confidence handling multi-line phone systems and changing priorities. Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
