Schedule: Monday to Friday: 3pm to 12:00 am Job Description: Reporting to the Parts Director, this position will work dock to dock working auto parts orders for delivery drivers. manage/monitor deliveries/pick-ups to ensure on-time and successful delivery execution for each order, data entry, inventory, pull/stock parts orders, engage in driver communication and other duties as needed. Job duties & functions include: Dock to Dock unloading/loading Entering order information with utmost accuracy Assists with stocking/pulling auto parts Performs invoice research as requested by the customer General housekeeping tasks as required Follow all safety codes and maintains safe and clean working area Performing all additional duties as directed by supervisor Qualifications: Must be able to pass Background and Drug Screen High school diploma or GED Prefer at least one year of dispatching experience - previous automotive experience preferred Must be comfortable on a computer and proficient with Microsoft products Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent Customer Service skills Strong organizational, multitasking and attention to detail skills Operates with sense of teamwork Strong work ethic On-time attendance and dependability are a must
