Dispatcher and Scheduler

LOGISS LLC is recruiting for a proposed coordinated human-service transportation operation in the Heart of Georgia Altamaha region of Georgia. The anticipated service start is July 1, 2027. Appointment depends on contract award, the final service area, satisfactory qualification checks and a separate written employment agreement. This is advance recruitment; no position or contract award is guaranteed. Location: Heart of Georgia Altamaha region, Georgia. Final office location will depend on the counties awarded. Schedule: Anticipated full-time position. Some evening, weekend and on-call availability may be required. Final schedule will be discussed during the interview. Responsibilities Schedule authorized trips, coordinate drivers and backups, and communicate with riders and human-service providers. Use eTRIPS and LOGISS dispatch tools, maintain accurate manifests and resolve billing discrepancies. Handle delays, no-shows, accessibility requests, incidents and complaints with clear documentation. Qualifications At least two years of transportation dispatch experience, documented in a resume. Strong telephone communication, recordkeeping and computer skills. Ability to coordinate shared and cross-county rides and support confidentiality and disability accommodations.
