Dispatcher and Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a high-energy Dispatch & Customer Service Supervisor to manage our daily route logistics and lead our front-office customer service representatives (CSRs). In this crucial role, you will ensure our service vehicles run efficiently while coaching your team to deliver elite service to our community. Position: Dispatch & Customer Service Supervisor Location: Erie, PA Area Schedule: Full-Time (Day shift, Monday – Friday) Some Saturday Work Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + full benefits package What You Will Do You will hold dual responsibility for maintaining high-efficiency logistics and managing the customer service team Dispatch & Logistics Management Route Oversight: Optimize daily regional collection and service routes using digital mapping. Driver Communication: Act as the primary contact for field drivers, managing scheduling adjustments, traffic delays, or equipment changes. Operational Efficiency: Monitor fleet GPS data to track daily progress and ensure timely completion of all service tickets. Team Leadership & Customer Service CSR Management: Supervise, train, and mentor our customer service representatives, setting performance goals for call handling and account management. Escalation Support: Handle complex customer inquiries or service complaints that require a manager's touch. Process Improvement: Develop policies to streamline communication between customer service staff and drivers. What We Are Looking For Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet operations, plus proven experience supervising or leading a team. Leadership Skills: A positive attitude with a passion for coaching team members and resolving conflicts calmly. Multitasking: Elite organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy dispatch desk while directing your dispatch customer service team.
